Signing in
I forgot my password.Students & Parents
Until you change it, your password is your Student ID / admission number. If you changed it and forgot, the school office can reset it.
How do I change my password?Students & Parents
Profile → Settings → Change password. Use at least 8 characters.
The app says it can't connect.Students & Parents
Check your internet and pull down to refresh. Pages you opened before still show their last saved copy while offline.
How do I sign in the first time?Teachers
Use the login ID the school office gave you. Until you change it, your password is the same ID. You will be asked to choose a new password straight away; it must be at least the length your school sets and cannot be your ID.
I forgot my password.Teachers
Ask the school office to reset it from Portal Users. After a reset your password is your login ID again until you change it.
Profile
Which library books do I have, and when are they due?Students & Parents
Profile → Library shows the books with you, their due dates and any late fine, plus everything you've returned. Use Find a book to see if a book is on the shelf. Turn Library reminders on in Settings to get a reminder the day before a book is due.
Where is my ID card?Students & Parents
Profile → ID card. Tap the card to see the back. Your details or photo can be corrected by the school office.
Your classes
Which classes do I see?Teachers
The classes on your staff record (class teacher of, and the classes you teach) plus any class the timetable puts you on. Students, attendance, homework, marks and messages are limited to those classes. If a class is missing, ask the office to add it to your record or to the timetable.
Signing in & getting around
The page says “Unauthorized” or “Failed to fetch”. What do I do?Office & Admin
Almost always the internet (or the database service) dropped for a moment. Check the connection and reload the page. If it keeps happening, sign out and sign in again.
How do I change my password?Office & Admin
Click your name at the top right → Settings → Security, enter the current and the new password (8+ characters). Staff and students change theirs in their own app.
Which academic year am I looking at?Office & Admin
The year selector at the top of the portal decides the year for students, fees and attendance. Most pages follow it; switch it to look at an older year.
What do the coloured dots and the bell mean?Office & Admin
The bell shows notifications: “Needs attention” items (things waiting on the office) and logged events. See Notifications below.
